Third one done at Electric Chair in Houston, Texas by Carlos Flores. It represents my grandfather who was a colonel in the air force and had statues and pictures of bald eagles everywhere in his house.
Got this in New Orleans at the Immersed in Ink Festival. To me this represents the protection that all animals need especially ”Pit Bulls” who have a bad rap. This was done by Jose’ Antonio Gonzalez from Austin Dermagraphix.
This is covering up my first tattoo of a star I got with my first love. The raven represents the death of the negativity (the voodoo doll) in my life, I lost 65 pounds and started college back up. Done at Someplace Else Tattoos in Euless, Texas.
“Stars” by MC Escher. First session completed. Done by Kathleen Adlerz at Work Horse Tattoo in Houston, Texas.
This tattoo is a constant reminder to me that im never alone, God is always right by my side in everything i go through. I got it done at Bayou City tattoos in Houston texas! I absolutely love my tattoo and cant wait to get my next one!
This is my elbow piece, it was done Bobby Correnti at Mainline Ink. It didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would, but it did feel really funny in places
Johnny Cupcakes inspired owl. The headphones are for my younger brother who is the only person I know that appreciates music as much as I do. The hipster glasses are the same exact ones that my youngest brother wears. (Prescription lens by the way.) The paintbrush dripped in red is for my big brother who is the artist in the family. And lastly, the Vietnamese peach flowers are for my lovely mother.
Done in Houston at Chunky Monkey Tattoos on 1960 by Trey. An amazing artist who I’ve had the pleasure of receiving two tattoos by so far.
Valkyrie. Soldiers Angel. Got it while training at Ft. Sam Houston Texas. Done by Eric Diaz @ 13th Ave Tattoos, San Antonio TX
“Remember your mortality”. Took about 12 hours and this is right after we finished.
I got this to remind me how fragile life really is.
Done by the amazing Eric Diaz of Adrenaline Tattoos in San Antonio, TX.
This is my first tattoo! It’s a kingfisher, taken just after it was finished. I chose a kingfisher because they have dual symbolism as a bringer of tranquility and of death, which I found really interesting. I love the finished product, the artist was a really cool guy and I love how he was able to make it surreal. Done by Cheese at Dandyland Tattoos, San Antonio, TX.
