I wanted something pretty and this was it :)
Inspired by Audrey Kawasaki, drawn, tattooed and photographed by Julian from First Tattoo (Singapore)
This tattoo is a modified portion of a painting done by Camille Rose Garcia (a pop surrealism artist who is inspired by punk). I got it done at the Immersed in Ink tattoo festival/convention in New Orleans. It was done by Travis Parmeley from Big Easy Tattoos in Missouri. It took almost 7 hours. I am So0o0o0 IN LOVE WITH IT!!
my keith haring tattoo. no story behind it, I just really like keith haring. got this bad boy done in norfolk, va. @ ocean mystique ink gallery. my artist’s name is aj.
Done at Body Mod in Annapolis, MD.
It’s a combination of a piece by Piet Mondrian (which started my love of modern art) and the Bauhaus logo (which inspired me to study graphic design).
I had this done by Silje of Scapegoat Tattoo in Portland, OR last summer. It’s of a Franz Marc painting, which I thought was appropriate as it combines my love of art with my love of horses and I’d just moved from Oregon to Minnesota for an internship on a horse breeding farm. This is my first tattoo and I definitely plan on returning to Scapegoat for more!
Peter Blume’s “The Rock” tattoo by Lissa Vino at Pearl Harbor Gift Shop in Toronto after the first (outline) session.
