This is my first tattoo. I had over a year of severe depression and one day my mom told me that it would get better. She said “just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.” I worked hard, dug myself out of the hole, and am now a happy butterfly.
I got it at Salvation Tattoo Lounge on Miami Beach by the awesome Ken Monico.

This is my first tattoo and my 3rd time back in Amsterdam, this time for a longer period of time. As an inspiring photographer, I based this tattoo of a photograph I took 3 yrs prior. I’ve had to bust my ass to get back here and feel completely home in this place. This just solidifies my love for this place and acts as motivation to strive for the best future for myself.
This is a tattoo I got a few months ago and it really means a lot to me. People keep saying it looks like a video game controller (I don’t know of any video game controllers that look like that), but it’s actually the butterfly vertebra of a fox. That is, the first cervical vertebra of a fox, so it’s near the top of my back. I got it mostly because I thought it looked amazing, but I’ve always been really shy and afraid to talk to people so this little backbone is my little reminder to “have a backbone” in social situations. Along with other things. It was done by Diane at Syncere Tattoo in Las Cruces, New Mexico. And I couldn’t be happier with it!
i love tattooing butterflies… this one was super fun because it was big enough to fit tons of details in :)

This is my TARDIS; done by Craig at Needles of Fury in Natrona Heights, PA.
I could not be happier with my tattoo. Doctor Who has taught me so much. Every time I see my tattoo in the mirror I think about the Doctor, and his seemingly endless running, and adventures. It reminds me daily that we’re all just stories in the end. And to make mine a good one.
This is my beautiful custom tattoo which was done by Dennis Wehler, a talented and dedicated tattoo artist based in Denmark, during his guest spot at Off The Map Tattoo in East Hampton, MA. The tattoo was inspired by Zoa Chimerum Jewelry, (earrings pictured) the fascinating jewelry line created by Boston based Artist, Ian Henderson. Photo Credit: Jessica Lovina O’Neill.
This tattoo was done by Dorothy Lyczek at Beaver Tattoo, NYC.
