Well I got 3 butterflies each symbolizing my mom, my dad and my sister. I got each butterfly according to their favorite color and favorite place the butterfly migrates to. The reason behind getting a butterfly is that they go through a physical metamorphosis but I used the literal text of metamorphosis. This metamorphosis shows how my family has morphed me into the person I am today. The end.

 This is my first time healing with saniderm that the shop has been testing lately. I gotta say, the future is now holy cow, this is 6 days old, and pretty much beautifully healed and has healed so dark and effortlessly.

I got this robot moth done a few weeks ago by Capilli Tupou at Sacred Tattoo in Auckland, New Zealand.

I just uprooted my entire life, spur of the moment and decided to move four hours away from my home in a small town to the big city with my boyfriend. I was so proud of the way I managed to pull everything together and make things happen that I wanted to get a tattoo to celebrate the occasion. I wanted the moth because it represents flying towards the big city lights, and I’ve always wanted a robot tattoo so we just incorporated that in :)
