This is my quarter sleeve tattoo, representing strength, my love of music and hope. It was done by Matt at Tattoo World, Baulkham hills, NSW
Johnny Cash tattoo by Tyago Silva El Cuervo ink
I got this tattoo in Laguna Beach, CA at a small tattoo shop a couple weeks ago on my high school’s senior trip. “Burning drops of rain flood my thirsty soul” is a lyric by the musician Santana. He was one of my mom’s favorite musicians, and this lyric was from one of her favorite songs, “Lighting in the Sky”. I got this tattoo in honor of her, and I could not love it more. Every time I look at it, it makes me think of her:)
Tattoo inspired by Modest Mouse’s song: One Chance. Done by Swarm at Studio 21 Tattoo in Vegas, but I got this at the tattoo convention in New Orleans.
Done at Body Mod in Annapolis, MD.
It’s a combination of a piece by Piet Mondrian (which started my love of modern art) and the Bauhaus logo (which inspired me to study graphic design).
My Dan Mumford inspired back piece of Dracula that he did for The Black Dahlia Murder. Ever since I saw his design, I knew I wanted it done on me. The line work and colors have always drawn my eye and held it. Work was done by Nickhole Arcade (https://www.facebook.com/nickhole.arcade) in West Hollywood, CA at Velvet Grip Family Tattoo. This is only three and a half hours of work, almost all the line work is completed and all the color will be done in July. I trusted her abilities as an artist and gave her a lot of freedom to do the piece the way she thought would look the best and I was completely blown away by how amazing it came out. I can’t wait to see it finished.
First session done and I love it! So much better than I’d imagined.
‘Every plan is a tiny prayer to Father Time’ comes from the DC4C song ‘What Sarah Said.’

Recently retouched tattoo. Original artist in Dalian, China was a novice and the lines were thin, dark, smudged… so had a guy in Guangzhou redo the ink.
The original art comes from the Disturbed album art from their second album. It is a 3-d intertwining of the religious symbols of the muslim, pagan, christian and jewish faiths.
