Adventure Time tattoo done by Vic at Streetwise Tattoo in Newmarket, New Zealand. Always loved the cartoon so I thought I’d get this done. Took just over 2 and a half hours to do completly.

I got this robot moth done a few weeks ago by Capilli Tupou at Sacred Tattoo in Auckland, New Zealand.

I just uprooted my entire life, spur of the moment and decided to move four hours away from my home in a small town to the big city with my boyfriend. I was so proud of the way I managed to pull everything together and make things happen that I wanted to get a tattoo to celebrate the occasion. I wanted the moth because it represents flying towards the big city lights, and I’ve always wanted a robot tattoo so we just incorporated that in :)

This is my boyfriend’s latest tattoo. Done by Matt at Tattrix, Dunedin, New Zealand. Matt is amazing! No story behind it. We just thought it would look awesome, and it does!

This is my first tattoo which I got done in Agency Ink in Dunedin New Zealand by Aja, who is clearly an amazing artist. 

I choose to get a cicada in reference to my favourite haiku by Basho ;

Nothing in the cry,

of the cicada suggests,

it’s about to die.

I absolutely love it, and the detail is so great!
