This is my half sleeve barn owl. Owls are my favorite animal and the flowers are my month flower, the Chrysanthemum, for November and the colors are for my mom and dad, blue for dad and red for mom. The pink bud is because my momma has a pink bud on her arm as well so I thought what not? Plus she has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer so it is very very special to me.

This is my tattoo done by the amazing Joe Nasatka at Orange Tattoo Company in Maryland, U.S. I absolutely love it. It means so much to me. Not only is it the title to my absolute favorite song by Josh Turner, but it also has a separate meaning to me. It represents my view on life that time you spend on meaningless things or with meaningless people is completely wasted. Life is short and time really is love. Time spent not with ones you love, and time spent not doing what you love, is simply wasted.
