Actually saw a good friend of mine reblog a drawing of this and at the time was going through some things. This reminds me each and every single day that in order to succeed we have to want it as bad as we want to breath. Troy Lane from Miami, FL gave me this. He’s the man.

Designed by Daniel Toro and Emmanuel Lopez. This is my boyfriend’s tatto, he got this tattoo because his father is a pilot and he had this plane when he was young.

Covering up some old scars from my past… quite literally. It is an insensitive not to cut again as it has now been 5 weeks since I last. Whenever I look down I will not see the scars from the bad times but a reminder of the good. This isn’t the only reason for mine getting this. I’ve wanted this tattoo forEVER! It is a pirate ship; a symbol of freedom and a symbol of not following a “conventional path.” I also love the idea my dad was kicked out the navy as a young adult and so it sorta has a lot to do with that.Done by Ady Radford at Dark Arts tattoo studio

This is my chest piece that I got last year. It is of a Tuskegee Airmen shooting down a German Luftwaffe plane. I grew up knowing one of the last Tuskegee Airmen who is now 90 years old. He is one of my heroes and I admire so much of what he has done and got this tattoo to honor what those men did back then.

So, I’m a bus driver. So, I was shitfuck drunk when I did this one. It was at Peace and Love festival in Borlänge, Sweden the summer of 2011. I think the guy who did it was named Bong, and the studio was Fetto Tattoo. I like the tattoo more and more, but I feel like a bus nerd at work so i most usually cover it up while working. In the “destination window” i first wanted to have “knulla”, that’s the word for fuck in swedish. Bong asked me if a was really sure at this, and of course I started to hesitate. My second suggestion was “öl” which is swedish for beer. Eventually i decided to leave it blank for so long, and maybe decide later. The “SL” below the windshield is short for “Stockholms Lokaltrafik” (=Stockholms public transport). I’ve been thinking of adding some text, “beep beep motherfuckers”.

This was done by Willy at Black Crown Tattoo in Ellwood City, PA. This was the first tattoo I wanted but ended up being my third. I finally found an amazing artist to make this happen for me and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’ve been obsessed with pirates since I was a kid and when I first saw and understood tattoos I knew I would get a pirate ship one day. I can’t wait to add more to the rest of this arm and complete the vision I have for my arm.
